1) Acceptance

By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy & Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may update these Terms. Changes apply from the “Effective date” shown. Material changes will be sign-posted on the site.

3) Eligibility and territory

Use the site only where lawful and if you are 18+ or have valid consent from a parent/guardian.

4) Services and deliverables

We provide research, analytics, consulting, and related reports. We may modify features, content, or availability at any time.

5) Accounts and security

You are responsible for account activity, safeguarding credentials, and notifying us of suspected misuse.

6) Acceptable use

  • Attempt unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, or interference.
  • Introduce malware.
  • Use our outputs to build competing datasets, models, or services.
  • Infringe intellectual property or applicable law.

7) Intellectual property

Site content, methods, templates, and brand assets are IRA property or licensed to IRA. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the site for lawful personal or internal business use. Reports and insights under a paid contract are licensed for internal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8) Feedback

If you give feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or payment.

9) Fees, taxes, and refunds

Invoices are due as stated. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Once a research engagement starts, fees are non-refundable unless our contract specifies otherwise.

10) Third-party links and tools

Third-party sites and tools have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.

11) Confidentiality

Each party must protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable safeguards and use it only for the agreed purpose. Exceptions: information that is public, already known, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party.

12) Privacy and data protection

We process personal data per applicable law. See our Privacy & Cookies Policy. Until India’s DPDP Act is fully notified and enforced, we follow the existing IT/SPDI framework and global best practices. We also comply with GDPR/UK consent for EEA/UK visitors and CCPA/CPRA opt-outs for California visitors.

13) Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is fully secure.

14) Warranties and disclaimer

The site and content are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRA will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

16) Indemnity

You will indemnify IRA against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

17) Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

18) Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seat Bhubaneswar, language English, single arbitrator.

20) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer rights without our written consent. We may assign to an affiliate or acquirer.

21) Entire agreement; severability; waiver

These Terms and referenced policies form the entire agreement for site use. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
